The Chinese are building a "Secret" submarine base.
Not so secret, is it?
Underground sub pens, berthing for a dozen aircraft carriers.
Good for them.
Job security for the US Navy.
All of a sudden the robust ground penetrating ordinance we were "developing to attack Iran", don't seem so out of place, now do they? They, in fact make a whole lot o' sense. Divine Strake, anyone?
